Method
  1. 1Refer to Raffe Hotels handwritten house standard for chai blend type and ratio.
  2. 2Add chai concentrate or powder to cup per house spec.
  3. 3Purge steam wand. Steam milk to 65–70 °C (dairy) or 55–60 °C (alt milk) with light microfoam.
  4. 4Pour steamed milk over chai base. Stir gently if using powder to fully dissolve.
  5. 5Dust with cinnamon on top if requested.
